Thank goodness for innovation, look how far we’ve come in 24 years.  Seiko’s UC-2000, also known as the Wrist Information System, was the shat back in 1984.  Nowadays nerds can hide their geek with less obvious accessories… like the iPhone.  Check it out:

The UC-2000 was released in 1984 with rave reviews and even today the watch continues to sell for over $500 on eBay.

Oh, herro Seiko UC-2000.

It’s hard to find decent affordable stopwatches in the stores so I went online and sportscounters.com had the most affordable stopwatches and the lowest price on the Ultrak 310.

My refs enjoy using them; they are very user friendly, durable, and accurate which is important when it comes to big intramural games. I have a very limited budget and they were only $7.95 each which is considerably lower than any athletic store we have a relationship with. SportsCounters.com is my new store for stopwatches and accessories!
